Conditions for service provision by TRADUIRE.PL

Types of translations
1. TRADUIRE.PL performs certified and simple translations, both written and oral.
2. Translations performed in normal mode (up to 6 pages per day) are completed within 48 hours from the order placement or within another agreed timeframe. The completion time does not include the day of order placement, the day of delivery, Sundays, or public holidays.
3. Translations performed in express mode (7-12 pages per day) are completed within 48 hours from the order placement or within another agreed timeframe. The completion time does not include the day of order placement, the day of delivery, Sundays, or public holidays. The price for each page of translation is increased by 25%.
4. Translations done in the "24h" mode (up to 6 pages per day) are completed on the same day or for the following day, depending on the number of pages and the translator's availability, after agreeing on the completion time with the Client.
5. In the case of handwritten documents, the translation price is increased by 50%.
6. TRADUIRE.PL does not certify translations performed by translators with whom it does not regularly collaborate.
7. The document subject to certified translation must be provided in its original version. If not, the translator will indicate that the translation is based on a copy or electronic document. It is possible to present the original document upon receipt of the translation, after prior agreement with TRADUIRE.PL, for an additional fee of 25% (due to the need for careful proofreading).
8. The certified translation is delivered to the Client in printed form, in one copy. At the request of the latter, the translator can produce the translation in multiple copies, for an additional fee of 25% for each additional copy.

Order placement
9. The order is executed upon acceptance by TRADUIRE.PL, after receiving the order form. Sending the order form alone, without confirmation from TRADUIRE.PL, does not mean that the order will be fulfilled. The order form is not required from Clients who have entered into a collaboration agreement.
10. All indications or instructions from the Client regarding the translation should be recorded on the order form.
11. Orders exceeding 500 EUR will be subject to a 50% deposit of the order amount.
12. In case of cancellation of an order in progress, the Client will be required to pay for the work already completed at 100%, and for the remaining work at 20%.
13. TRADUIRE.PL commits to respecting the confidentiality of the documents transmitted and will not disclose any information to third parties.

Payment terms
14. Translations are billed based on the number of pages or words, as chosen at the time of ordering. A page consists of 1800 characters for simple translations and 1125 characters for certified translations.
15. For certified translations, each started page is counted as a full page. For simple translations, each half-page is rounded up.
16. Unless otherwise stipulated by the parties, payment of the invoice must occur within 7 days from the issuance of the invoice. After this period, interest of 5% of the order amount will be charged for each day of delay.
17. The translation remains the property of TRADUIRE.PL until full payment of the invoice.
18. The price of the written translation does not include preparation for publication, which requires additional proofreading. This service is subject to additional billing.

Liability and claims
19. The material liability for all damages and losses related to the translation performed is limited solely to the amount of the net remuneration (excluding VAT) due for this translation. In any case, the provider's liability cannot be engaged for damages caused to the Client or third parties due to delivery delays caused by force majeure, nor for any delays in transmission by fax, modem, email, and other postal means.
20. TRADUIRE.PL is not liable for errors arising from mistakes or inconsistencies in the original document. The translator may, but is not obligated to, inform the Client of any errors that could affect the content of the translation.
21. Claims may be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the translation. After this period, no disputes will be accepted. In case the claim is accepted, the translation will be corrected or a discount will be offered.
22. TRADUIRE.PL reserves the right to have translations done by other qualified translators with whom it has entered into confidentiality and collaboration agreements, without informing the Client of this possibility.

Interpreting
23. The working time of the translator is calculated from the agreed start time of interpreting until the time they are released from providing this service, and includes any breaks.
24. Each hour started is considered a full hour. The minimum working time for the translator is 2 hours = 100 EUR, each additional hour is calculated at the rate of 1 hour = 40 EUR.
25. In case of cancellation of the interpreting service one week before the agreed date, the Client must pay 25% of the translator's fee. In case of cancellation of the interpreting service 48 hours before the agreed time, the Client is obliged to pay 50% of the translator's fee.

Data Protection

Due to the processing of your personal data in the context of my translation activities, I would like to inform you that:

- Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of personal data.

- The administrator of personal data is Traduire.pl, whose registered office is located in Warsaw at 97/410 Kadrowa Street.

- Personal data is processed for the purpose of handling inquiries and executing orders under the translation contract and related services.

- Traduire.pl only processes personal data that is necessary for the specified purposes and retains it for the time necessary to achieve those purposes. The objectives and legal grounds for processing personal data include, in particular: processing inquiries and handling orders under a translation service contract, managing the directory of sworn translators, maintaining accounting records, storing correspondence and documentation to address potential complaints and issue other copies of translations or make changes to translations at a later date.

- You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, or restriction of data, the right to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Traduire.pl will not process personal data for purposes other than those for which the personal data was collected.
